He's not a big as he looks on the picture, but none the less, he is cool. As an adult collector he's a great toy to add to your transformer collection. I wouldn't recommend this to smaller kids, seems like small parts may come off.
got to buy this

This is exactly like the normal Scorponok action figure, but it has a much cooler color scheme. The parts fall off easily, but they can be reattached fairly quickly and without much trouble, so that's good. Except the legs are still way too small. I lost one and it took me about five minutes to find it. I also can't figure out whether or not it has a firing mechanism. Other than that, this is an awesome toy!
Cool and fun

I bought this for my son who just turned 4. He loves this toy. It's cool and a little different from the other Transformers because it's a scorpion rather than an automobile. The arms rotate (like a drill) when he's in scorpion form which makes him more menacing. The appendages are made to pop off if too much force is applied and the little grey scorpion legs pop off a little too easily in my opinion because I keep finding them on the floor. But overall, it's a great toy and my son loves it.

This scorponok is really cool. His vehicle mode is pretty detailed. His appendages have spinning blades on them that rotate when the toy is rolled forwards or backwards. His scorpion-like tail has a stinger on the end that can be launched forwards, but doesn't come off the toy. During handling, a few of his little feet broke off, which is why the durability rating is 4 stars. Even so, the legs snapped back on easily, and there have been no problems since. This is the absolute easiest toy to transform. There are only about 4 steps to the transformation, and the robots mode is basically the vehicle mode standing up. (See product picture) One of the cooler things about this toy is the fact that he can attach to Voyager Class Grindor. (Sold Separately) Grindor can carry Scorponok into battle by attaching him to his abdomen in vehicle mode. This toy is cool, and yes, I would recommend it to a friend.

You can't beat the price on this Transformer toy. Much cheaper than we could find in any store. This Transformer is good for younger children because it is very easy to transform from robot to vehicle. My kids love it! It arrived within a week of ordering and well packaged so no damage could occur.
